About Us
Milk & Marble was inspired by a family trip to Bali, where my three daughters fell in love with a local rolled ice cream shop. Watching the liquid cream transform into a beautiful marble texture on a cold plate was hypnotic and joyful.
When we returned home to Queensland and couldn't find anything like it, we decided to launch our own business.
Today, we bring that same theatre and intentionality to our local community. Milk & Marble is built on simple ingredients and the magic of fresh, handmade treats. We invite you to slow down and experience the artistry of rolled ice cream with us.
